Turmeric is known to lower stress hormones and decrease inflammation. It also is a powerful antioxidant!

Fruits including apples, apricots, cantaloupe, cherries, figs, grapes, kiwi, peaches, pears, plums, pomegranate, and watermelon. These each contain various antioxidants which fight inflammation.

  1. Turmeric (I believe) seems to be something of a fad at the moment. the guys at work are talking about how they use it. (I am not sure if I remember the herb correctly thought.)
