Who knew that squash could taste so good fresh from the garden! This simple recipe is sure to be enjoyed by everyone!

  1. Preheat oven to broil 500F
  2. Chop squash into bite sized pieces
  3. Melt butter on cast iron skillet on medium/high
  4. Add squash to cast iron skillet and saute for a few minutes
  5. Add sage and desired salt & pepper
  6. Place skillet in oven to roast
  7. Check on squash every 5 minutes and stirring until ready (should be done within 10 minutes depending on amount and size of bites)
