We had a sudden freeze last week and covered some of our plants and left some other plants exposed to the 20’s weather that we had. I show how all our plants (including broccoli, kale, lettuce, spinach, mesclun mix, microgreens, swiss chard, cabbage, rosemary, thyme, parsley, sage, thyme) handled the weather.
