I had the pleasure of joining Marjorie from the “A Sustainable Mind” podcast to chat a few weeks back. You can hear our conversation about what led to us growing food and why we built our app at the link below. This is my story about losing 120 pounds, running marathons, being on the Rachael Ray show, losing myself, meeting Carrie, proposing to her as Superman, why we started our garden, and how it’s all related to my battle against anxiety and depression. I hope the lessons I’ve learned through it all can help someone else out there!
