Instant Pot Sweet Potato Soup
This Instant Pot Sweet Potato Soup recipe is a great addition to your cold-weather meal ideas. We usually have an abundance of sweet potatoes that we grow in our garden around this time so this recipe works great to add in a lot of our fresh ingredients from the garden!

Instructions
  1. Collect desired herbs from the garden!
  2. Dice onions, garlic, sweet potatoes, and carrots and set to the side.
  3. Turn on Instant Pot to Saute option. Add butter. Saute onions and garlic until transparent.
  4. Add in carrots and sweet potatoes. Toss for a few minutes to soften.
  5. Add in chicken broth and desired herbs from the garden.
  6. Secure lid with vent closed. Set Instant Pot to Manual 10 minutes.
  7. Once time is up, let it naturally pressure release for an additional 10 minutes before venting and opening.
  8. Add milk and mash/blend soup together.
  9. Top with salt, pepper, and cheese to taste and enjoy!
